Wet market, hawker, clinics, Giant store are just across the block and walking distance to Buona Vista MRT and Star Vista Mall. Bus stops going to CBD areas like Orchard, Lucky Plaza, Vivo City are just below the block. Tenancy starts on September 28. PUB is equally divided. Preferably all Filipino.
