You will be staying in a spacious Common Roomin a 3-bedroom apartment. You will share a large bathroom with two other super nice female professionals. In total, there will only be 4 of us in the whole unit (including you!).
💰 Rental Details
Monthly Rent: $1,300/month for solo, 675 for sharing (excluding PUB & Wifi, which are shared equally)
Move-in Date: 25 July 2026
Lease Term: 2-year lease
Deposit: 1 month advance + 2 months deposit
