One lady bed spacer in Master Bedroom (3pax)
We are looking for a Filipino lady roommate to share with two other ladies in the master bedroom
Address: Blk 339 Ubi Ave 1 (walking distance to UBI MRT Blue line)
• $500 per month (we require 1 month advance, 1 month deposit)
• Minimum of 6 mos. stay
• PUB, Wifi, a/c maintenance, and other household expenses are to be shared equally
• Single bed with wardrobe
• Room with aircon (No Smoking, please) and attached toilet
• Allowed to cook and do laundry (just clean before you go)
• Visitors are allowed but the bedroom is off limits for privacy reasons
• No agent fee, No landlord staying
• All Filipino housemates (total 6 pax including you)
• Able to register with HDB
• Near Giant Supermarket, GP clinics, Hawker Centres, and a tiny cute park for recreation
• Room availability: 1 July 2026
