AMK common room rental

This is my room and currently would like to find another person to take over as moving back to malaysia.
Queen size bed with a grey headboard.(mattress included)
Table x2.high table brown and white low table(laptop not include as its mine)haha.
mesh chair.
wall mounted display cabinet below the A/c.
build in wardrobe.
washing machine available.
room will be clean and tidy when u come in.
price listed is the monthly rental NOT include PUB..Normally is around $45-$50(shared between 4 person including me)
currently staying with my work colleague.(Filipino nurses)
quiet and peaceful environment.
can move in end of august if agreed.
