Room sharing with a Filipina (me & you only) -Rent $400.00 inclusive of PUB/WIFI (Usage of Aircon can discuss separately to Landlord)
We're looking for someone (prefer Female) to share a common room with me.
- Rooms are furnished with 2 Queen size wardrobe. One for us each. -Landlord will replace the current queen size bed into single size upon your confirmation. -Place is at 3rd Sty & beside is a small coffee shop so no need to worry for food.
-Block is behind causeway point mall, opposite Wood Square, 2 stop at St. Anthony's church
-Cooking are not allowed, but microwave are allowed to use, water filtered & hot water are available too. Can do laundry ( max. 2 times a week as long as the dishwashing machine are not in use (to avoid too much water usage at the same time) -Both Landlord are kind & not fussy.You can chat with them anytime too. I've been staying with them for 3+yrs.
