Common room for rent in 31 lorong 26 geylang -single tenant only(female) -sharing common toilet with 1 female -3 persons only in the unit(All filipino) -available as early as October 1 -no weird rules, just clean as you go -can cook and have visitor(just inform your housemates) -have aircon, bed and cabinet inside the room -the room is big kaya mag fit yung 3seater sofa bed ko sa room(as seen sa photo) -near bus stops, and paya lebar, aljunied and dakota mrt -PUB and internet are equally divided -1month advance -rent is $1,110/month
FYI- the contract is up for renewal this December 2023 so the room might be available for short term but it can be discuss with the owner naman.(kaya no need deposit, but if the contract will be extended mag deposit na lang upon renewal 🙂)
