We are a Filipino couple looking for a housemate to occupy the common room.
For single occupancy (LONG TERM).
It is a 2-bedroom condo unit, we occupy the master bedroom. So there will only be 3 of us occupying the whole unit if the other room will be used by a single tenant. There's only one common toilet so we prefer a tenant with shifting work schedule (if not also can hehe)
Location: Parc Rosewood Condo, 3 bus stops away from Woodlands interchange
*There's a minimart right beside the lift lobby of the block
*Walking distance to Fairprice at Esso and Fairprice Finest @ Woodgrove
*Walking distance to Woodlands TEL exit
*Direct bus to IKEA Tampines
*Can do cooking and laundry
*Visitors are allowed, but must inform us at least a day in advance coz we also might have our visitors on the same day
*Can use all condo facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, bbq pit (advance booking w/ fee), function room (advance booking w/ fee))
*PUB and Wifi equally shared
*One month deposit +one month advance payment. NO AGENT FEE!
